All products are returnable within 30 days if they are in new, sellable condition and packaged in the same way you received them (such as a padded envelope). But, if you have installed the parts in your gun, they are not re-sellable as new. However, if there is a problem with a product, if it is defective or does not work as it should, please see the Palo Verde’s 100% Guarantee policy. Yes, this is a way to get around the “if they are in new, sellable condition” clause, but we expect people to be honest and forthright — a person’s word is worth more than his money. Refunds will be issued after the item is returned and we inspect it. We do not charge a re-stocking fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
